Relaxation

Stress is a major cause of physical and mental illness, including causes the body weight to be increased and reduced drastically. In addition, stress also affects the immune system. With the relaxation, stress can redah and healthy quality of life we can achieve. How:

1. Close your eyes, take a deep breath - in, hold 5-7 seconds then exhale slowly - slowly. Repeat 10 to 12 times, or according to what we need.
2. Do strecth or stretching. Stress can cause muscle - the body muscles become tense. When we feel tense and anxious, try to stand up and stretch your body quickly. Even simple stretching can make muscles become weak again and eliminate the feelings of anxiety.
3. Meditate for 20-30 minutes, every morning and evening. Meditation helps calm the body and mind. Meditation is simple, such as still and focusing the mind can make us feel at peace.
4. Reading a book of humor and watch your favorite comedy movie. Science proves laughter is a powerful way to relieve stress.
5. Walking - the road with someone we love can ease the stress. Hold the people we care about and ask him to walk - a little walk in the park. Enjoy the sunset together - together. Talk about things - beautiful things with him.
